Shipping policy
All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only take 1-2 weeks with processing and shipping time to arrive at your door depending on location and state. We will send tracking numbers as soon as products are shipped. Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claiming & locating packages.
